Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
