Refund policy

Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved within 14 days of delivery depending on the item’s eligibility and current product availability. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request an exchange, email lovestrongapparel@gmail.com with your full name, order number, reason for the exchange, requested replacement size or item, and clear photographs showing the item’s current condition.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Do not mail an item until LoveStrong Apparel approves your request and provides return instructions.

If an exchange is unavailable or the item is not eligible for exchange, you may return the item for a refund to your original payment method, provided it meets all requirements of this Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the original item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
